Honey is well known to have powerful healing and health-boosting qualities. The monfloral honey of Western Australia including Marri and Jarrah have been identified by researchers to have some of the highest levels of bioactivity.
The Margaret River Honey Company uses a new and unique "Fingerprinting" technology developed with the Cooperative Research Centre for Honey Bee Products to "fingerprint" each batch of honey and verify that the nutritional and antioxidant activity meets the benchmarked standards of each species.
Our small batch style of collecting and processing, protects the beneficial compounds, optimises the honey's flavour and retains the integrity of its qualities from hive to jar to customer.
